I appreciated its themed rooms.

The hotel's position was good, near the gardens, canal, and vineyards.

The staff here were fantastic and my breakfast was freshly made with fruit.

the room is air-conditioned and themed and essentials you need, including central heating, coffee/tea making facilities, and a seating area, is right there. the location of the venue is good, so close to canal, france, and the gardens.

The location of the hotel was favourable, in the middle of jackson. The jewel in the crown was excellent staff...

Superior venue, with lovely pool and particularly good location in the middle of the city. Location near to the gardens, France and canal du. Plus, 15 minutes drive from National Show Center.

Impeccably clean rooms - cozy and comfortable with a great shower. Gorgeous little garden area with a small pool. The hosts - Tony and Linda - were warm - welcoming, and full of helpful local information. The communal breakfast - with both continental and cooked options - was beyond our expectations.

Can just recommend.

The room had air conditioning which was a lifesaver in the hot weather. Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a comfortable stay. ☀️

The double room had a cozy and comfortable feel, making us feel right at home. The Tangerine room on the first floor was a burst of energy and vitality, giving us a refreshing stay. The rooms were furnished to reflect the history and heritage of the property, adding a touch of charm. The full breakfast in the living room was a delightful start to our day. The tray with tea, coffee, and mineral water, as well as the kettle and coffee machine, provided convenience and a warm welcome. The air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi ensured a comfortable and connected stay.

Personally, we found the Evasion room's open bathroom layout to be a bit unconventional, but we understand that others may enjoy its unique design.

Loved the amazing view from the balcony and the relaxing garden with the pool. Enjoyed the convivial table d'hôtes meal and the delicious, locally sourced food prepared by Tony and Linda. Great location for exploring the beautiful Minervois region.

Oh, I just hated the fact that I couldn't stay for another couple of days. Such a disappointment!

The surroundings of this place are peaceful with lots of nearby attractions to visit. Rooms are spacious, clean and well-decorated with modern bathrooms. the continental breakfast is outstanding, and the hosts provide delicious meals on request.

The customer service could have been better.

Spent Easter break at a charming Chambre d'hotes in a beautiful town. Enjoyed a comfortable and spacious room with a great shower. the breakfast was excellent with homemade cake and jams, and there was a lovely garden with a pool. Located near Carcassonne and Narbonne, and with plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The clean and well-maintained hotel facilities included a charming courtyard garden and a refreshing pool. The breakfast was delicious and the fresh fruit salad was a favorite. The location was fantastic with easy access to local transportation.

The instructions for the coffee maker could have been more clear. , it would have been helpful if there were more information provided about local attractions and activities to make the most of the location.
